|Individual arrival at Castle. Welcome drink at the Enoteca (Wine shop). Farmhouse Accommodation in double room with private bathroom.
Dinner at the Restaurant "La Fornace" with traditional menù.
|2nd day: Brunello`s Tour|
|Breakfast in the old kitchen of the castle and departure for the BRUNELLO'S TOUR. Visit of the wonderful medieval town of MONTEPULCIANO. Lunch in a Farmhouse with tasting of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. In the afternoon visit of PIENZA and then visit of MONTALCINO, very known towns not only for History, but also for food and for the excellent wine: the Brunello.
Wine Tasting at the Enoteca (wine shop). Return to Castle in the evening for the dinner at the Restaurant "La Fornace". Overnight.
|3rd day: Cooking & Tasting|
|Breakfast in the old kitchen of the castle.Cooking School into the Castle "LE MANI IN PASTA".
Tasting of the wines producted by Castello. Lunch with the courses made during the Cooking School .
Free Afternoon for the visit (on their own) of the Towns of Vertine, Volpaia, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti. Return to Castello.
Special Dinner: Barbecue in the garden of the castle
|4th day: Greve - Florence|
|Breakfast in the old kitchen of the Casle and departure to Greve in Chianti.
Wine Tasting at "La Bottega del Chianti Classico".
Visit of the Wine's Museum, Visit of the Medieval Square and Lunch in a typical Chianti Restaurant in Greve in Chianti.
Free Afternoon in Florence to do shopping.
Return to the Castle in the evening: Dinner "CENA DELL'AGRITURISMO" in the Cerimonial Hall of the Castle
After dinner: Chocolate tasting with aromatic spirits.
|5th day: Leaving Chianti|
|Breakfast in the old kitchen of the Castle.
Greetings and leaving Chianti.
